Every Extralogia order is carefully packed and dispatched with the same attention to detail that goes into the product itself.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Rates and Estimated Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, local carrier conditions, or events outside our control.
3. Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. Use this to follow your shipment in real time.
4. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your tracking information has not updated for 15 consecutive business days, or if your estimated delivery window has passed by more than 7 business days, please contact us at support@extralogia.com.
If a shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will offer either a priority replacement or a full refund to your original payment method.
5. Customs and Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order.
