At Extralogia, we stand behind every product we make. Our goal is to ensure that your experience — from the moment you order to the moment you wear — is as resolved as the footwear itself.


1. 30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met.

Items must be unworn and in their original condition. Items must be returned in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We do not charge restocking fees.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 5 days of delivery.

Email support@extralogia.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. For confirmed arrival damage, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost. In clear cases of documented damage, we typically do not require you to return the item.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned. Items that have been worn or show signs of use after delivery. Items returned without original packaging. Items returned outside the 30-day window. Final sale items clearly marked as such at the time of purchase.

4. How to Initiate a Return

Step 1 — Email support@extralogia.com with your order number and reason for return.

Step 2 — We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions and the return address.

Step 3 — Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
